One of the objectives of NADFAS is to inspire young people with an enthusiasm for the Arts and to increase awareness in our arts heritage and its conservation. Individual societies are encouraged to promote high quality arts activities for young people.
Young Arts Projects
Mid Kent DFAS funds art projects in local primary schools as part of the continuing aim to encourage children to enjoy and become interested in the Arts. We have also funded an artist in residence in these schools and Mid Kent DFAS members have helped with the projects.We are always looking for further opportunities to support art in schools, so if you know of schools which might be interested, please contact us.
